Man Utd prepare to meet Crystal Palace demands because of Wilfried Zaha success belief

Manchester United are lining up a summer swoop for Wilfried Zaha - because they are convinced he will be a success second time around.
The Red Devils are leading the race for the Crystal Palace forward, who endured a miserable season at Old Trafford between 2013 and 2014.

He became Sir Alex Ferguson’s final signing before Scot’s retirement but failed to find a place in the team under successor David Moyes.
Zaha swiftly returned to Crystal Palace following a loan spell at Cardiff City and has successfully rebuilt his reputation at Selhurst Park.
The Ivory Coast international is valued in excess of £70m by the Eagles but United are prepared to pay the high fee they will demand.
According to The Sun, Old Trafford bosses believe Zaha can impress if he returns because he is older and wiser.
The two clubs conducted transfer business as recently as last summer as Aaron Wan-Bissaka moved north in a deal that could be worth up to £50m.
United have a 25 per cent sell-on clause of Zaha's next transfer fee - and refused to scrub it out during the Wan-Bissaka's negotiations.
Zaha submitted a transfer request in August in a bid to force a move to Arsenal.
The Gunners, however, turned their attention to Nicolas Pepe.
Whether Zaha would fancy a return to Manchester is unknown.
He managed just four appearances for the club after his initial £10m switch from Crystal Palace in 2013.
Speaking about his struggles at Old Trafford, Zaha told the Daily Mail “It was the opportunity of a lifetime. The chance to play for Manchester United.
“It was beyond anything I could have hoped for and I treated it that way. I tried my hardest in every training session to show what I could do.”
Zaha believes the experience of being forced to prove himself after adversity has helped his career go from strength to strength.
He said: “I’m better prepared mentally to deal with any situation I'm faced with now. I was a little fish in a big pond.
“From that grind, going out on loan, nobody believing in me — I've built that self-belief in myself.
“The experience has given me even more and proved that I can do anything if I believe in myself.
“As long as I continue to work hard and remain dedicated nothing will get in the way of me reaching my goals.”
