According to a source, the Nigeria News Agency (NAN) confirmed that it is expected that Justice Binta Nyako will be in isolation any moment from now.

Recall that the Justice Binta Nyako allegedly attended a valedictory court session held in the Ukeje Hall of the court headquarters in Abuja On January 28, in honour of Late Justice Ibrahim Watila, who was buried last weekend. although Justice Ibrahim Watila passed away after a brief illness.

The Valedictory session was performed by Justice John, the Chief Judge and the function was attended by various judges, lawyers and other well-meaning people across the country including the family of the late Justice Ibrahim Watila.

In the meantime, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has on 3rd of February 2021 confirmed about 1,138 new cases of Covid 19 effection in the country.

This was announced earlier in the evening by the health agency on their official Twitter handle bringing the total numbers of the confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria to be about 134,690 including the 108,657 discharged cases and 1,618 deaths tolls
